Every two years the Santa Clara Valley Water District renews its pre-qualified consultant list that consists of consultants who are capable and qualified to perform regularly used services. In response to District issued Request For Qualifications (RFQs), Consultants may submit Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) for review for possible inclusion on the list. RFQs will be posted on this web page. SOQs will only be accepted electronically. Please check periodically for off-cycle RFQs and RFPs.
As a reminder, Consultant accounts are self-managed and you must update contact information to receive system generated emails. Accounts must have an expertise code(s) selected. If you want to have additional security when using your account, use https://cas.valleywater.org.
