To receive email notices of consulting opportunities at the District, you need to set up an account in the District's Contract Administration System (CAS). Setting up an account is also necessary before you can submit a proposal electronically. To set up an account, you must select expertise codes for wheich you feel your firm can provide services for. You will receive system-generated emails notifying you of consulting opportunities, based upon the expertise code(s) you select. Consultant accounts are self-managed. You are responsible for updating your account to ensure that you continue to receive email notices.
